‘Isolation Break’ is a collaborative on-line readings series initiative launched in response to the Covid-19 crisis developed between the New York Writers Workshop (NYWW) and Asia Pacific Writers and Translators (APWT) and curated by APWT Chair Ravi Shankar. Isolation Break features the work of some of the best established and emerging writers from the APWT member pool and is broadcast live to FB, Insta and YouTube.

Join NYWW and APWT as they feature some of the finest writers and poets from the Asia Pacific region, streamed directly into your living room from around the world. The reading series will feature four feature authors and then an open mike for those who would like to share their work. The inaugural event is on Saturday, May 23rd at 8 PM and will feature Hayley Katzen, Rozanna Lilley, Jason Lee and Indran Amirthanayagam. Free and open to anyone on FB, Instagram and YouTube.
